Lucidum "Welcome Package" Terms & Conditions:
Scope of Service: The "Welcome Package" includes basic cleaning OR minor repairs OR key holding services for 30 days.
Discounted Rate: The "Welcome Package" is offered at a 15% discount from our standard rates for these services.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the results of the "Welcome Package," you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 24 hours of the service completion.
We will then assess the situation, which may include a return visit to address any deficiencies.
The refund will be limited to the amount paid for the "Welcome Package" service only. It does not cover consequential losses (e.g., loss of rental income).
The guarantee is void if:
The property was misrepresented (e.g., undisclosed pre-existing damage).
Access to the property was limited or restricted.
The service was performed according to agreed-upon specifications that the client later disputes.
Exclusions: The "Welcome Package" does not include if deep cleaning was necessary and basic was hired, mold remediation, major repairs, or additional services to key holding one. These services are available at our standard rates.
Limitations of Liability: Lucidum's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not directly caused by our service.
Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
To qualify for the referral discount, the referred friend must purchase a service from Lucidum.
The referrer and referred friend will both receive 10% off their next service.
The referral discount cannot be combined with other offers.
Lucidum reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Abuse: Lucidum reserves the right to refuse service and/or void guarantees if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Changes to Terms: Lucidum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
